The Universe Meets Me Here

$1,400.00

The Universe Meets Me Here

40” x .75” x 30”

Acrylic, Oil Pastel, Pencil on Canvas

In front of my grandparents Tennessee mountain cabin that my grandfather built with his own hands was a tobacco field. In the fall the field would be mowed down to settle back to the earth to prep the soil for spring. It was the perfect bed for laying and looking up at the magnificent blue sky.

When I laid in this field, I felt the presence and unconditional love of spirit, God, animals, plants and soil. I felt at home within myself and at home within the world when I surrendered there.

To this day, nature has a way of bringing me into the threshold of the divine.

This piece holds the energy and essence of this special place where the Universe met me held me and loved me wholly and holy.
