Ever since I was a child, I have felt a deep connection with the earth. In the dirt, on the sand, walking barefoot on the grass, walking in the woods, in the ocean, riding the river, marveling at the mountains. Those are the places I wanted to be and one of the ways I found refuge to feel the magic of the divine more potently. To this day, these places are still my happy places. This piece is full of movement, layers and textures. The emotions of deep gratitide are woven within the energetic fabric of the canvas.
